KB-20090101.0015

Do I need a Upgrade Code or the Release Code?

In order to qualify, or be able to use an Upgrade Code you will need to have a valid version of Crystal Ease already installed on your computer - that is NOT the 30-day Trial version

If you have the 30-day Trial version installed you will purchase a Release Code.

If you already have a valid licensed version of Crystal Ease and you are upgrading functionality/number of users, then you would purchase an Upgrade Code

Below are the currently valid upgrade paths for Crystal Ease.  To determine if you qualify for a Release Code for an upgrade from one version to another version, simply locate your current version in the left hand column and look across the table for a check mark (ü).

To purchase simply click the check mark (ü).
