Will Crystal Ease support version XI or 2008 report files?

Yes.  Crystal Ease 3.0 will support Crystal Reports XI (and 2008) report files (.rpt), however by default it will not support database support introduced in Crystal Reports XI, nor will it support newly introduced functionality such as  Dynamic Parameters.

There is a planned update in the works that will be compatible.
