Download Instructions:

To download files from our website;

1. Simply click the "Click Here" link for the item you would like to download.

2. Choose the "Save this file to disk..." option.

3. Click 'OK' and browse to or provide the location on your computer to save the file to.

4. Once the download has completed, simply locate the file on your system and double-click to open (if a .pdf), unzip (if a .zip) or extract/setup (if an .exe).

*For Crystal Ease and associated downloads, once the download has completed, simply locate the file on your system and double-click the filename.exe to un-package the contents to the default location (it is recommended to accept this location).  By default the location will be a subfolder under;

        C:\Surfing Gecko Software\Product Name

NOTE: In order to extract our downloads of Crystal Ease, you will need to have a copy of Winzip (8.x)  installed on your machine.  If you require a copy, Click Here.
