What is the User Agreement for?

We have a very flexible user agreement in which we state the specifics about what rights and permissions you have to use the Crystal Ease® application. There are certain terms and conditions you should be aware of, so please be sure to read the End User License Agreement that comes with the  installation package.

Is my order secure?

In an effort to ensure the highest level of security and convenience for our customers, we have partnered with an industry leader in online processing (RegSoft.com) to assist us and manage our online/purchase transactions.

RegSoft.com employs state of the art  Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology (Thawte) to ensure your transaction is completely safe.

Additionally, the RegSoft.com processing center is also under 24 hour monitoring by the internet firm The Public Eye.

If you are using Netscape® 3.0 or later or Microsoft® Internet Explorer 3.0 or later, all personal and credit card information will be encrypted for your protection.

Just make sure all the SSL security features are turned on in your browser's preferences or options.

Will I have to pay tax on my purchase(s)?

Sales and/or Federal tax(es) will be applied to purchases for residents of the following U.S. state: Georgia; and the following Canadian provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Ontario, P.E.I., Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon.

Why do I need a Key Code?

A key code is necessary to release your product. You will receive a key code for each product which requires activation when you purchase. Instructions will be given in your email confirmation or, in some cases, in a special download instruction document. Please note that you should keep the key code in a safe place in case you misplace it.

How do I place my order online?

Please follow the instructions below to place your order online 

1. Select a product. 

Select a product from the the product page(s) or any of the
buttons on the site. You will be taken directly to the secure processing site of RegSoft.com

2. Choose your method of payment

Simply choose the method of payment you desire and continue. To use online credit card processing, simply scroll down this page and enter the details.

3. Complete the order details

4. Review your purchase. 

Review your purchase details.  Pay particularly close attention to Address, Email and purchase details to ensure they are accurate.  This will help avoid declined orders.

The Email address specified is the one used for confirmation and Release Code notification.

5. Complete your order. 

Read and accept the terms and conditions. This is necessary to complete your order. 

Complete the billing information, which must match the address on your credit card statement. 

Be sure NOT to click 'Submit' more than once.  This will result in a separate charge.

You will receive an order confirmation via email when the payment has been processed and you will also receive your Keycode/ Release Code via email.

Be sure to retain the Order ID as well as the Keycode/Release Code as they are required for registration.

Why don't you process your own online transactions?

In short,  Cost.  In an effort to provide the most flexible payment options while at the same time minimizing our own management costs (which means we can keep our pricing low) it made sense to go with an industry leader.
